Cinq a Sept Black Puff Sleeve Mini Dress

This chic black mini dress by Cinq a Sept features a flattering sheath silhouette with romantic puff sleeves and a square neckline. I bought from a sample sale and unfortunately it was too small for me. It is a size 10 but I would say it fits more like a 6-8. It is in perfect condition. No signs of wear.
