Cinq a Sep Red Dress Worn Once! Size 8 fits like 2-4 SEXY Seriously like a 4

I have never worn more than a size 4 in my life. This is more like a 2-4. I’m not sure why it’s an 8. It’s called the Winnie Scarlet night out Dress. This dress is spectacular! I wore it one time! it’s very comfortable and it’s just beautiful! I normally wear a two or four and the tag says eight so I’m not sure if this Designer just sizes differently or what, but it fits more like a size 2 to 4. Please note this tagged by the manufacturer as a size 8. But I normally wear a size 2 or four and that is what it fits like.
