Cinnamon Girl open shoulder blouse

Never worn, but no tags, since I was going to wear it. This open shoulder blouse has a ribbon in the back. Super cute! I got this in Hawaii. This is very good for summer ;). I would like to wear it, but it doesn't look good on me (;_;).
