CinemaQuest by AudioQuest S1 cable uses superior materials and design. It transfers two exceptionally high definition signals; the "Y" (B&W) signal and the "C" signal, which contains all the color information. Hard Cell Foam minimizes distortion in the insulation. Solid Silver-Plated Long Grain Copper (SP-LGC) provides a superior signal path. Total shield coverage eliminates outside interference. Applications: All CinemaQuest video cables provide extremely high performance. The choice of which to use depends on the TV monitor and the source: * CinemaQuest S (Y/C) cables will provide better results with most all equipment which has "S" outputs. * CinemaQuest YIQ (Component Video) cables will provide the best picture when the source and monitor both have the 3 signal system.
