Cindy Collection U.S.A. Light Blue Sparkly Prom Dress (GREAT CONDITION)

This is a beautiful light blue/aqua prom dress, size small. The whole dress is sparkly and look’s gorgeous in the light. It’s full length and had a slit. It’s skinny strap with an A-line neck line. Only worn once and in great condition. The sparkles do shed a little but hair spraying before does the trick. Have tags still just not attached!
