Beautiful dress, more than just a "costume", it is very well constructed with a lining and netting between the outer layer and lining. It has an off the shoulder look but also has shoulder straps. Comes with a pair of black gloves. The last picture shows a tiny snag. Measurements are taken laying flat Chest 13" Waist 11" Waist to hem 26" Shoulder to hem 39"
