Cinderella Divine size 10 strapless blue dress

This is a beautiful royal blue dress with ruching in the front that gives it a goddess-like feel! It has a wrap to go around it as well. It is a size 10. I love the dress, but unfortunately oh, it is too small on me now... It's been worn only twice. It should make somebody very happy to make it a special addition to their closet!!!
