I purchased these boots and there is a clasp that is bent. The shipping box does not have damage so this was before shipping.

Can you send me a pic of the damage? I have several pairs and try to make sure all items are in great shape. These are brand new and if damaged, then it's also how I received them, and I do apologize that I didn't catch that. I would normally show any damage and would've reduced the price. If they are not severely damaged and still wearable, I could offer a discount. Or I can have you return and send another pair. I have these same boots and love them. super fun.
