Converts to Sz 9.5 in US, but I tried them on and they feel like a 9 to me. I wear 9.5 and they are a bit snug. I don't see a brand or material, but reverse google search shows other people calling them KKdom and saying they are leather. Excellent condition. Smoke free home. Cat friendly. Fast shipping!
