No large scratches or cracks- kept in a hard shell case for the entirety of its life Has been wiped for the next owner This laptop was used for school and is perfectly fine and has much more life left to it. It has a very nice big touch screen with a clear image comes with original box and charger perfect for work or college (I used it for college, the touch screen was so helpful!)
