Can I ask what bust you are? I’m normally a medium in Christy Dawn but I wear a 32E and am wondering if I should size up.

My bust measures 32 inches, my bra size is about 34A (so pretty small) and the dress fits me, but I cannot take a full lung breath without the buttons on the chest stretching a little apart. I am a medium as well in CD (5”9 height, 145 weight), but this one definitely runs small in the bodice. They did say that in their item description but I overlooked it
