dahliar Could this be worn as an office jacket? Or is this more like a windbreaker? Do the sleeves and bottom have elastic or straight? Thank you in advance.

brendakgreen96 @dahliar Hi, I've added a couple more pics. it's black & a little sparkly. the pic shows that the bottom does have elastic around bottom. it is light weight its cotton & nylon feels a little silky to me. I would say it could be worn in an office.
