Has the dress been dry cleaned? If not, do you think the marking at the bottom could be removed with cleaning?

@suzschultz97 hi, it was dry cleaned already so I don’t know if it would come out with a second time. That part of the dress is very long and hits the floor. I’m out of town till Sunday. I can add a video when I’m back so you can see exactly where the mark is. I think it might be on the interior of the extra fabric that sort of makes a train.
