Handmade strap dress by One Tot Mess. Extremely excellent condition. I added the brooch seen in pictures and can include it with the listing. Also pictured is a red ruffle butt shirt that we used with this outfit, as it is cold where we live. Was part of a sister set ( See other listing). Can be combined for a discount. Size 3t.
