Christmas dress/tunic

Handmade dress/tunic by One Tot Mess. Beautiful print and in excellent condition. Has a large black bow on the front and had elastic for a comfy fit. We paired it with a ruffle butts black shirt because it is cold where we live. I will include the shirt with the listing. Was used as a sister set. (See other listing) This dress is a 12-18month.
