Christmas Belle Cosplay

This was hand made by a seamstress at a local theater in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This dress is extremely high quality and has heavy and sturdy fabrics which makes it perfect to layer with a cloak for winter events. This was made for an actress who is a dress size 4/6 with the following approximate measurements: Bust: 34 in. Waist: 28 in. Hip: 38 in. Height: 5'6" We used this for Christmas Belle, but this could also easily be used for mother gothel. There are some tears in the crinoline on the piece that is worn underneath.
