fabulous vintage chocolate brown velvet victorian hat, black band of same material. feather plumes, wire rim, ornate embellishments. size is 21 inches in circumference. I have a normal size head, lots of hair, this fits me snugly but comfortable. kind of has a Peaky Blinders vibe, the photos that look orange ish are taken with a bright light where you can see more detail.
