These are amazing Christian Louboutin sandal slides in navy with a buckle strap and cute design on the sides. I would say the heels are about 2 1/2 to 3 inches. These are amazing and if I could still wear heels I would keep them! I added rubber on the toes so it would be easier to walk in these shoes.

lauras144 CURRENTLY, they are not in my possession, so I can't take more pictures of the bottom, but will reach out to where they are being held. they do not have a box, I think I might have the dust bag, and I am not even sure what you are referring to with "heel tips" that is usually a personal thing that people buy for themselves. however saying that. let me know if you are interested and I will contact the person that has them currently.
