Christian Louboutin Simple Pump 100, Patent Calf, Black. Comes with original box, bag, dustbag, and 2 replacement heel tips. Purchased around mid-2012 from the Las Vegas Christian Louboutin store. The sole at the ball of the feet is worn, but the arch to heel is in excellent condition. There is also one surface scratch on the inside of the left foot pump (picture shown).
