angelicawood112 @yimjim hello, yes they fit true to size. When I used to wear them, my feet are on the smaller side (size 5 sometimes is too big for me) so it tended to be a bit roomy for me since I am petite. But if you usually wear a size 5 US in women’s, I believe they will fit true to size.

angelicawood112 @yimjim as all heels, most of them tend to be uncomfortable since it’s putting strain on the toe pads of your foot. If you’re experienced wearing heels, it wouldn’t feel too uncomfortable. The shoe has good grip so your feet won’t slide while wearing. I didn’t measure the heel, but based on the model of the shoe being “so kate” it will be around 4.7 inches
