Exterior patent has held up extremely well - wear on the sole and some near the heel taps. Inside could use some TLC - there is some sticky residue from when I took out some pads I had put in there but that could easily be removed with a gentle cleaning. These are the Dorissima - more delicate but similar to the Simple pumps. They are a size 35 - please know your size in Louboutin before ordering.
