@mcdue hello 😊. You can take them to a shoe cobbler and they’ll take care of the tips and clean the leather up a bit. Maybe even wrap the red patent around the metal so it’s not noticeable at all. My cobbler near me charges $25 for the tips. They just pop them off and put new ones. These in particular the tip has only slightly pushed up on the right shoe so it may be a bit noticeable when the tip is removed and replaced but if you have a good cobbler they’ll make them look as good as new!
