These sandals feature black leather cross foot and ankle straps, and impressive silver spikes, and a 4.5 inch heel. I purchased these heels at the Louboutin Boutique store inside of Nordstroms at the Aventura Mall. Never been worn, brand new without box. Comes with heels, dust bag and 2 heel replacements.
