sherrih20 @taw67985 hi so yes I wear a 10-10.5 sometimes 11 in designers. The picture with the shoes on is my daughter who is a size 9.5 but they are big on her around the ankles but she has narrow feet if you can see that. I would say they are a true 10 not for a super wide foot. I'm not sure if that helped. Christian Louboutin usually do run small but I think this is a fit for a 9.5-10.
