There are no issues with the outer part of this dress, but I would like to point out that one of the inner strap buttons came off, and I had to sew it back on. Length is from top of shoulder strap down. Measurements of the manican are: 38" Bust 30" waist The fit and flare style gives you plenty of hip room. This dress fit the manican nicely.
