Chris Kole Black and Yellow Tulle Ball Gown w/ Shawl

This beautiful vintage piece is in excellent pre-loved condition and belonged to the first lady of New York in 1981. She is taking great pride and preserving her pieces as most of them have only been worn once or twice.
