atsealevel @jefffurtado61 Hi, the choker is aprox 2.5", the medalian part, the earrings are aprox, 2.25", this will be made especially for you with the length of the choker leather up to you, plus it will be adjustable in the back, I recommend a lobster clasp, Your choice of leather colors, black, brown or buff. Plus, you can choose another charm, I have fillagree hearts, hasma hand or turqoise and silver beads. I'll post another picture of some charm choices.
