This is a beautiful, soft 100% lambs suede jacket. It shows some minor signs or wear but nothing anybody would notice when you’re wearing it. You could also attempt to have it dry cleaned...I don’t know how they clean suede. But, as I said, it is in good shape as is. Please refer to the photos. It was originally bought in Turkey. It is a size S. And for your reference, I am 5’3’ and 112 lbs. hope that helps!
