Chocolate Brown and Teal Formal Dress

Dark brown sheer dress with teal slip. Spaghetti strap. Pleating at the bust with multicolored sequin waist. Ties in the back. Hem and tie are silky material. Small stain under slip. It is not visible when brown overlay is down. I’m sure it could be easily removed but I have not tried. Video shows condition of the sequins.
