@emidyette412, I did receive them, thank you! However, I haven’t been able to mark the order as accepted because I keep getting an error message that the case is “not resolved.” I have contacted support to let them know it has been received. I’ll keep you updated on their response, but hopefully that should tie up the loose ends!

@emidyette412, I finally received a response that said the issue would be resolved once both orders were received. Do you know if the other buyer has not received their item yet? I mailed it on November 17th, so I would think it should have arrived already. I stated that in the email to customer service, but I wanted to check with you in case their was a miscommunication on their part.

@emidyette412, @emidyette412, thank you for letting me know! The message I received from customer support read, “Rest assured that once the correct items are both delivered, the items are accepted and the seller's funds are released. There are currently no further steps to be taken.”
I just responded to that message with a screenshot of this conversation and re-confirmed I received the item. It may help if you emailed support as well!

@emidyette412, to clarify further, the error message I keep receiving when I try to tap the Accept Order button reads, “Sorry, you cannot accept this order because there is a pending support case. Please contact our support team.”

@griffinjp hm weird. Hopefully they can figure it out because the other buyer released her payment to me a while ago. And reached out to me when she received the item.

@emidyette412, I will keep pressing the issue on my side! Perhaps if you also send them a screenshot of this (support@poshmark.com) they will expedite the issue. They have not been very responsive so far, and I want to be sure you are paid!!
