Chloe flower culottes

I love this print! lady like delicate and refined but so modern! the background is a light blue/grey color with sprightly red yellow and blue flowers..flowy and beautiful..with tassel ties in front. light silky fabric so there are snags which I took a picture of..not noticeable. and one tiny stain I'm sure I can get out but not noticeable..these can be laid back or dressy..you choose. either way your child will be dressed impeccably:)
