ilenesoliz I just received my bundle package and am satisfied with 3 of the 4 items I purchased from you. However, I am disappointed in the pearl Necklace with gold chain. The images posted "Do Not" look or match your description of the necklace. I am not one to complain but, with the ut most respect, the necklace looks Old, Dull, Cheap & all the "gold" pieces look a tarnished copper! Can we please make an exchange or something? thanks

babeofposhmark @ilenesoliz hi, I’m sorry you are not satisfied about the look. The description says it’s on an antique chain, not gold as you expected. All of the items I sent were brand new in the original packaging from the manufacturer of Chloe and Isabel. I don’t know how poshmark works with returns or exchanges, I’ll look it up and let you know what we can do.
