The inside of the bag was either professionally cleaned or the person used a liner. The hardware is in truly fine shape! I've seen a lot of this exact bag that the hardware and leather often looks beat up- Not this bag! Someone took very good care of her! But please know that of course she's not brand new. She has some ever so slight wearing on the bottom corners, a few minor scratches and blemishes on the hardware. The leather is, of course preloved but looks so clean.
