Chloe Flutter Sleeve Army Green/Brown Silk Dress Small

This dress is so well-made! The structure is very unique- apron inspired with smoned/gathered detail on bust and flutter sleeves. Side zip. This dress is 100% silk. There is a small spot on the side as pictured. The skirt has a print of some card...? I'm not sure what it is honestly. Please note - the color has more green to it than pictured.
