Hi, I don’t own this brand but on the size chart it says a 40 is a 9.5-10, not 10.5 (Poshmark’s guide), do you know? And by heel drag what does that mean? Thanks!

@curatedbycassie hi, you're right I just checked Chloes website and they're a US 10 thank you I updated the listing. as far as the heel drag on the 2nd and 3rd photo you can see that the heel changes from black to white from previous owner dragging her heels while she walks. hope this helps 😊
