Very nice dress or coat by Chloe .. Wool but could be wool Blend as no tag but it's heavier like Wool could be wool cashmere blend ..the pockets have velvet accents ..There are buttons on inside of collar that could have had a fur trim but you can add one .. it is snap down and sleeves are cute with buttons for look ... very cute ..size Small .. Approx length 37” pit to pit 17”
