Chloe purses are amazing. A lady bought this bag and returned because she could not zip it up. I got it. back and found out it's fine to zip an unzip .I have severe arthritis and didn't have a problem .It's a zipper that is made to open to one side to another . chloe purses have very heavy leather anyore questions.
