The quilted patent leather does have some faint black marks on the exterior which are hard to find or see but they are there so, I'm telling you. All of the interior comparments are nice and clean. The patent leather on the inside opening has a few nicks as well. Some of the black plastic edging that runs around the edges of the bag along the top opening has some wear from use. Nothing major. All of the exterior bottom corners and edges are clean with no damage or wear. Dual leather handles are clean with no damage, no edge wear or grip marks.
