@sophiaoklob Hey ! You go on your purchase list, on the item where you have to accept delivery and rate product . There towards the bottom of page it’s an option with
Problem/Order inquiry. Also on the same page where I rated it’s an option to escalate the conversation to Poshmark.
I wrote 2 messages to the buyer asking about my order, because delivery took 13 days after I purchase the perfume..obviously she didn’t responded.
