Chipmunk Beanie Baby New. By Ty Beanie Babies. Named "Chipper". Born: April 21, 1999. I bought a little hat & scarf set from Crate & Barrel (meant for a wine bottle) & gently pinned the hat to Chipper's head & wrapped the scarf around his neck! :)
