Chip and Pepper Mid Rise Flare Jeans

Super cute vintage Y2K or 90s style chip and pepper bootcut jeans, very flattering and fitted on the thighs and butt and flare out at the bottoms. Green embroidered back pockets!!! Women’s size 28, fits a small or medium, I’m typically a size 29 or 4/6 jeans and these fit really well, just snug. Would be perfect for size 4 27-28 IMO, they definitely have some stretch to them without getting saggy. I think they are a longer pair than standard pair of jeans, I wear them with platform shoes and am 5’5”. Photo reference included Getting rid of cause I don’t wear enough, but super super cute!
