These are great fitting jeans by Chip & Pepper. They are dark denim in color. All 5 pockets are real. They could be considered jeggings but I'm putting them in the skinny jeans category. I am 5'8 and they are long enough for me. I just don't wear jeans much and I could use the extra closet space.

@debsdetritus hi! so sorry for the late response, we are doing renovations right now and I can't get to them (partly because I forgot which box has what in it). I will find them tomorrow and measure them for you! I think they fit like an American Eagle size 8, if that helps. Also, they are not high-waist.
