Chinese style reversible jacket

Reversible light jacket with loop closures. no fabric tags, but I think it is silk. Mandarin style closure. Size tag in pocket says 14. Approx measurements laying flat are 24in armpit to armpit, 27in shoulder to hem, 25in sleeves. Reversible fabric is nice contrast when sleeves are rolled. Slight tear at side seams, not very noticeable and easily repaired (see photo)
