Chinese Porcelain Leaf Pendant with Green Cord

I've seen quite a few similar pieces listed as Ming / Qing Dynasty pottery shards. I don't have anything that would support such a claim. That doesn't make it any less pretty. It's a piece of porcelain with green leaves that's been wrapped in metal and is from China. It's currently on a green cord, but I would be inclined to put it on a chain or leather cord.
