This Mudman figurine is known as “The Doctor” and it is estimated to have been made in the late 60’s to early 80’s. I have had it in my collection since 1997. Chinese Mud Men Collection. As you may know 'mudmen' figures were called such because they are made from mudbank clay, rather than refined porcelain clays and the like, and the faces and hands are always left unglazed and therefore are the color of mud.
