Chinese Baoding Iridescent Green Glass Balls (2)

These are Chinese baoding balls, sometimes called worry balls or health balls. Rolling the balls in your hand exercises the muscles and is said to be meditative and reduce stress. There are other online claims of improved blood circulation, sleep and memory, but this seems a little far fetched to me! The balls are a highly reflective clear iridescent green. These balls were apparently on display at The Dragon Dreams Museum in Chattanooga, TN. I’m really not sure of their relationship to dragons. The museum closed permanently in 2016, and I have recently purchased the contents. The original box was not with them.
