berryfieldshop @mishwashlosh I am so sorry for the delay. The Shoulder measures 14 inches. Right under the Bust is 14 and so is the waist. The back is Ruched so the bust, under the bust, and the waist, all stretch.

mishwashlosh That is absolutely okay. Additionally would you say this garment is a standard small or on the smaller side of a small? I only ask since I’m considerably short(4’11) or small in stature.

berryfieldshop @mishwashlosh The fabric itself isn't stretchy at all, it's just the back. It's supposed to have a fitted (not tight) look, I would just make sure the measurements match you.
