Child’s pink dress

Pink with ruffles. Light weight material. Looks like we cut tag ouch - was probably itchy. I held shoulders up to 3T and was very close. I am thinking 2-3T. I measured as shown in pictures. 80’s model minted wear. Has been stored smoke free home.
