Beautiful stitching detail! Very custom looking. No elastic or stretch with the waist being 13.5” and pit to pit 14.5”. Measurement from the start of the puff on each sleeve at the top of the shoulder is 12”. The length from top of shoulder to the hem is 35.5”. See last photos.
