Child's Navy blue formal dress

Bodice has gray/silver dots with flakes of glitter in some that catches the lighting. Ribbon at waist ties in back. Back has zipper. Under skirt has two linings. Double Spaghetti straps. Has been worn but still in good shape for more use. Good for formal functions, holidays, dances, wedding, Ect...
